clubcouture works on a 100 percent satisfaction principle. if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide a full exchange or refund.

unlike many in the industry with multiple fine print, we believe our returns policy should be transparent without any hidden clauses. this basically means:

• no hidden charges
• no questions asked or complicated clauses
• no "merchandise credit" refunds for your "next order". refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
• no long and complicated returns process with endless forms to deter you from returning.

with our returns policy, there are no catches. all we ask is that returns are initiated within 14 days and items are in the same condition that you received them in, with their clothes tags intact.

to process a return, simply

• sign in to your account, and fill in our easy one-page returns form.
• mail back the item(s) with the return barcode label that came with your parcel. you do not have to use the original packaging.

once we receive your return, we will process your request immediately and send you an email confirmation.

we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service such as registered mail as we would not be able to process returns that get lost in the mail.

refunds do not include initial shipping costs and taxes.
